Print Futures is a hot-off-the-press series highlighting emerging printers and their exciting work. This free, virtual series consists of three virtual lightning talks followed by time to connect and chat in break-out sessions hosted by printing peers.

Print Futures is co-produced by Partners in Print (PiP) and Letterpress Educators of Art & Design (LEAD) to support new voices in letterpress and to create bridges between emerging printers who are doing great work in educational institutions, community centers, and professional shops.

This event is geared toward emerging letterpress artists—whether college students, interns, or printers at community centers—but all ages and levels of experience are welcome.

Join us and be inspired by the extraordinary work being created by the next generation of letterpress printers.

Applications from emerging artists are currently being accepted; three will be selected to give a short online presentation of their letterpress-related work, followed by a Q&A and breakout sessions that offer deeper discussion with attendees. FALL (October 6, 2024): Applications due July 1, 2024.

You can view past presentations on the LEAD YouTube channel.
